The Reader Recall Station is the central Administration area of the Arena.

In the Reader Recall Station sits the Arena Administrator.
Here Readers are received who have been called into the Arena, where they wait until a Runner comes to escort them to their Reading Station on the lowest platform level. When they arrive at the Reader Recall Station they are checked into the Master Protocol.

There is an open telephone connection between the Arena Administration and the Head Protocolist in the Control Center in the Administration Hall which insures that the Protocol is followed without problems.

When a reader doesn't arrive at the appointed time at the Arena Administration, the Control Center must be notified and the person must be called on the Public Address System. If they still don't arrive, a substitute must be found immediately.
