All aspects of the installation are synchronized to a MASTER PROTOCOL, which functions as a score for all events.

All Memory Arena Staff follow the same PROTOCOL, in "Memory Arena time".

The Protocol list each reading position in consecutive order, including:
Reading Slot Number (Which Reader at Which Table)
Name of Reader
Name and Archive Code Number of each Text File
Duration of Reading
Beginning and End Time of each reading
Check-In (Registration) Time
Last Call Check-In Time
Last Call Reader Recall (Arena) Check-In Time
